GPI's aim is to work closely with you throughout the development of your new Primary Care facility.

Every project has a dedicated Project Manager, invariably at Regional Director level, who has local expertise and provides a single point of contact throughout.  Together with their team of highly skilled professionals they will guide you through all phases of the process:

  • Project initiation
  • Development of project brief, site identification and building design
  • Planning, legal documentation and pre-construction
  • Construction and completion
  • Occupation and operational management.

Each phase has many separate and inter-linked activities, which require careful co-ordination and management.

Our first step is to visit your practice to discuss your requirements and aspirations. We will advise you on all the options available to you, having full regard to your local estate and service strategy.

We understand the importance of creating a robust business case and we will assist you with its preparation to obtain the necessary approvals.

GPI will introduce an experienced architect specialising in the Primary Care field; alternatively, we will pleased to work with your preferred architect. The design is driven by your requirements, maximising space allocation and flexibility, with environmental considerations and sustainability key aspects.

Throughout the development we will work closely with you, communicating progress so you are fully aware of what is happening.

Following construction completion we will assist you in settling into your new Primary Care facility.
