At GPI, we combine genuine personal service with solid financial strength, enabling us to provide the very best support for our clients.
We work with a number of blue chip financial institutions, giving us substantial financial resources to fund new projects.
In October 2005, we entered into a joint venture with the BlackRock UK Property Fund (formerly Merrill Lynch Property Fund) to form the Community Care Holdings Group (CCH).
This joint venture and our other financial relationships give us confidence in the future performance, strength and security of the Group.

National Association of Primary Care
NAPC is the only membership organisation whose main focus of support is General Practice and all its staff, while, at the same time, supporting Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) in developing their relationships with them.
NAPC has a wealth of expertise among its Executive, as well as its wider membership, practice issues as well as practice based commissioning, which it uses to promote best practice and address members' queries and problems. The Association's perspective, unlike other organisations, is that practices should be free to commission alone, or with other practices of their choice, to provide care for their local populations.
NAPC is delighted to work in association with GPI as its preferred partner for primary care premises development.
