Primary Care service delivery is dynamic with an ever changing landscape. The Government has identified that 30% of activity currently in the acute sector does not need to be undertaken there and should be incorporated within the Primary Care sector.

The majority of GP surgeries will not be able to accommodate this new vision for community provision.

GPI is actively discussing with current clients opportunities to capitalise on the changes in service delivery without relocating from their existing premises.

Similarly there may be tired surgery buildings that need partial or complete refurbishment to satisfy future service delivery opportunities.

We will undertake a thorough review of requirements, advising on and then undertaking necessary refurbishment or expansion works, with as little disruption as possible to the ongoing operation.
