Business Case Development
The changing demands on Primary Care often require practices to develop robust business case documents. This can be as a result of Practice Based Commissioning or because of planned premises relocation. The business case is required to detail the need for investment and GPI+ have a wealth of expertise in relation to bid preparation and development. PBC Partner
